The Christmas fayres are well and truly under way and the first of the season I attended with Jessica Florence Jewellery was Noblehill Primary School annual Christmas Market. As the primary school which both my children attended and a fayre I have shown my jewellery at for several years, it felt only right to attend again and share in the Christmas spirit and festivities the school put on at this time of year to raise funds for the school.
Setting up within one of the classrooms, I found myself surrounded by other atizan makers and crafters from the local area.
The classroom and rest of the school soon filled with pupils and their parents, who took part in school activities, visiting santa and all the vendors.
My son Cairn also helped to entice customers to my stand at the fayre, although admittedly did loose interest after a while and decided he was better suited to entertaining the pupils and taking part in all the activities going on around the school.
So I was left to show off my sterling silver jewellery and recommend pieces to fathers as a gift for their partner or wife. I highlighted some festive snowflake earrings and snowflake necklaces which were adorned with Swarovski crystals, and presented my new Stardust collection of stacking bracelets, stacking rings and shimmering drop earrings.
A popular charm bracelet on the evening was my horse shoe bracelet, which suited ladies and girls who loved everything horses. Adorned with Swarovski crystals, the bracelets were fine enough to wear even when mucking out the stables!
As the evening drew to a close, Cairn and I packed away our stock in preparation for the next fayre the following weekend.
