Returns Policy

Jessica Florence Jewellery want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and so offer a no fuss 14 day returns policy.  If you would like to return anything all we ask is that you return the jewellery or accessories unworn and in the condition in which it was received.  We will refund you within 30 days of receiving your returned goods.  We are unable to refund postage and packaging charges.  We recommend that you use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service which will insure your returns against loss in transit.

Should your purchase be faulty then postage costs will be refunded.

Items returned in an unsaleable condition (or after the 14 day return timescale) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.  We are unable to accept returns of personalised, bespoke jewellery or accessories, or earrings due to hygiene reasons.
